I have lost my clock/watch key, can you help me?
Clock/Watch keys come in many different sizes. If your clock has been serviced by us it is possible we have recorded your key size & can send one to you immediately; otherwise; a description over the telephone or an emailed photograph can sometimes help narrow choices in size. Ideally your clock is better to be presented to our store for correct fitting. Standard clock & watch keys are $10.
Will work be completed in the clock shop?
Most work is completed within the workshop. On occasions we use a trusted watchmaker, case restorer, jeweller or dial painter. Having assisted us for many years we trust them to personally carry items to & from their workshops to complete work necessary. We do not place items in the hands of a courier or post service without prior permission of the owner.
